Q.
My camera weighs more then 2.25pounds, will it still work?
A. The MiniDV Stabilizer comes with enough counter-weights to support 2.25pounds. With our new 3" extension kit you can use cameras up to 3.5 pounds.
Q. Does the gimbal move up and down along the center shaft?
A.
The MiniDV Stabilizer's gimbal is set in a fixed vertical position to
reduce cost, but still offers the same 3-axis support you get with the
high end Stabilizer's.
Q. How much movement does the camera mounting plate have?
A. The camera mounting plate has 7/8" front to back travel and 1-1/8" side to side travel.
Q. Can you make an iPhone version?
A.
At the present time we do not have the manufacturing capacity to handle
another unit. Instead we highly recommend looking at the NEW STEADICAM® Smoothee.

Customs Fees:

in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's

Packing And Shipping:
- All items are carefully wrapped with paper and
hand packed in a new box filled with eco-friendly, biodegradable
packing peanuts, for safe and secure travel.
- Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail,
USPS Priority Mail, USPS Prority Mail International, USPS Express or UPS depending on
package size and weight
- Shipping insurance is included with all international orders
- Orders received before 3pm CST Mon-Fri are usually shipped same day.
- Orders paid by e-check will be delayed until the check clears.
- Balvanz Enterprises reserves the right to refuse shipment to certain countries.
- Orders returned to use due to incorrect shipping address
will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Return Policy
30 Day return policy:

All items may be returned within
30 days of purchase date. Buyers are responsible for
both the original, and the return shipping costs. All
returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
